Individual Therapy in Eugene, Oregon

You’re doing everything you’re supposed to do. So why doesn’t it feel right?

Maybe you feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of yourself. Maybe you’re carrying experiences from the past that still show up in your relationships, your parenting, or the way you see yourself. Or maybe life has changed, and the version of you that worked before doesn’t quite fit anymore.

Individual therapy offers a place to slow down, understand what’s happening beneath the surface, and make sense of the patterns that keep showing up. Together, we can explore where you’ve been, what has shaped you, and what you want for the life ahead.

When life doesn’t come with a roadmap

Sometimes you know exactly what brought you to therapy. Other times, you just know you don’t feel like yourself.

I work with adults navigating anxiety, relationship struggles, childhood trauma, divorce and separation, grief, parenting, motherhood, and major life changes. Sometimes the work is about healing what happened in the past. Sometimes it’s about understanding why the same patterns keep showing up. And sometimes it’s about figuring out who you are now and what you want the next part of your life to look like.

You may be here because…

You’re finding yourself again.
A relationship ended, your children need you differently, or life changed in a way you didn’t expect. You’re trying to figure out who you are now, not just who you’ve needed to be for everyone else.

The past is still showing up in the present.
Childhood experiences, family relationships, or old wounds may still influence how you respond, connect, protect yourself, or see your own worth.

Motherhood changed more than you expected.
Infertility, pregnancy, postpartum, parenting, changing relationships, and the shifting sense of identity that can come with motherhood can leave you wondering where you went in the middle of it all.
