I offer both in-person and secure telehealth appointments to clients in the state of Oregon.
Life is busy, and finding time for therapy shouldn't add more stress to your day. Whether you prefer meeting in person or from the comfort and convenience of your own home, we'll find an option that works best for you. Telehealth sessions are conducted through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform, allowing you to engage in therapy from wherever you feel most comfortable.
My goal is to make therapy accessible, convenient, and supportive of your life and schedule.

At The Relationship Studio, I am currently a private pay practice and do not bill or contract directly with insurance companies. This allows me to focus on providing personalized, confidential care without the limitations often associated with insurance requirements.
Payment is due at the time of each session. I accept all major credit and debit cards, Health Savings Account (HSA) cards, Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards, cash, and checks. Secure payment processing is completed through my electronic health record system, and a valid payment method is required to be kept on file.
If you have out-of-network insurance benefits, you may request a superbill to submit directly to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Because out-of-network benefits vary by plan, reimbursement is not guaranteed. I encourage you to contact your insurance provider before beginning services to determine whether your plan includes out-of-network mental health benefits and to understand your potential reimbursement.
All fees are due at the time services are provided unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

That's a great question, and it's one I take seriously. Finding the right therapist matters. Research consistently shows that the quality of the therapeutic relationship is one of the strongest predictors of successful therapy. Because of that, it's important to me that our work together feels like a good fit for both of us.
If at any point you don't feel understood, supported, or feel that our work isn't helping in the way you hoped, I encourage you to tell me. Those conversations are welcome and can often lead to important insights. If, after talking it through, we decide that another therapist may better meet your needs, I will gladly help connect you with someone who is a better fit.
Likewise, if I believe another therapist has specialized training, experience, or an approach that would better support your goals, I'll be honest with you about that and help you find the right resource. My priority is helping you receive the care that's best for you—even if that means it's not with me.

The first session you attend will be a 90 minute intake appointment where we talk about all things you, and I gather information about your history and what has brought you to therapy. We will discuss what your goals are for therapy and work to formulate a plan for your therapy journey.
From there, regular individual sessions are 50 minutes, which gives me time for documentation between clients and a quick trip to the bathroom. I am a strong believer in coffee! So please feel welcome to enjoy your favorite beverage during our sessions.

Working with me feels like having a conversation with someone who's fully in your corner. I'll challenge you when it serves your growth, but I'll never shame or judge you. I believe therapy should be a place where you feel safe enough to be completely honest—even about the parts of your story you're not proud of. Together, we'll slow things down, make sense of what's happening beneath the surface, and create practical, meaningful change. I bring curiosity, compassion, humor, and decades of life experience into the room because healing doesn't happen through advice alone—it happens through relationship.
