Therapy for YOU

Sometimes life asks us to rewrite the story we've been living. The end of a marriage. Becoming a mother. Parenting teenagers. An empty nest. A relationship that no longer feels the way it once did. The realization that childhood experiences are still influencing how you love, trust, or see yourself. These moments can leave us wondering, "Who am I now?"

At The Relationship Studio, I help women rediscover themselves after divorce or major life transitions, and will support you through infertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and every stage of motherhood. I guide individuals healing from childhood trauma, and work with couples navigating life's changing seasons, including discernment about whether to grow together or separate. Using Narrative Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, Emotion-Focused Couples Therapy principles, attachment theory, and polyvagal-informed approaches, we'll make sense of your story, build on your strengths, and create meaningful change that reflects who you are becoming.

Why a studio and not a clinic?

A studio is a place for creating, designing, and developing. It is where ideas take shape, new perspectives emerge, and growth unfolds over time. At The Relationship Studio, therapy is a collaborative process of exploring your experiences, gaining insight into old patterns, and creating new possibilities for your life and relationships.

When you find yourself feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of what comes next, we'll begin by creating space, space to understand yourself more deeply, honor your story, and discover the path forward. Because meaningful relationships begin with the one you have with yourself.

I believe therapy works best when it feels human. Along with professional knowledge, I bring years of life experience, compassion, curiosity, humor, and the occasional well-placed swear word into the therapy room. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable showing up exactly as you are so together we can make sense of your story, strengthen your relationships, and move toward the life you want to create.
